Actually they'll soon be able to develop alcohol that has no negative efects.

They already have pills that can sober up a baboon in 2 minutes flat. Result!

how could it be restricted though? realistically speaking. Prohibition? Price increases? Theyre not likely (fortnately). I have never drank even once, and think I am none the worse for it, I think its a great way to be. But equally I have friends who I go out with and they can get drunk, have a laugh and go home and just be normal having taken alcohol. Its just the crazy drunks you need to watch.

People who go mad on alcohol dont need a ban, just some stern words from friends and family, and people with addictions need medical/ psychological helps. Legal restrictions wont solve much about alcohol abuse imo, unless its Iran!

It has been reported that over half of all traffic deaths in the USA are alcohol related. A very active group has been formed called MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Drivers) to influence legislation.

I can say that it doesn't need to be restricted more. It's his own fault for drinking so much. They don't need to make it more restricted, they just need to make sure people understand how much they're drinking(because you can see the kid in the video is quite young).
Besides, they couldn't really restrict it

Exactly. And if they did restrict it or ban it, the people who would suffer would be normal people who go out for drinks with their friends to relax and have a laugh. People who like to get absolutely transmoglified on a regular basis would still get their hands on it illegally, and this would continue to happen.

Prohibition would NEVER work. I mean never. With N. Ireland just up there drink smuggling would be a wide open business. Also people could start brewing their own drink which could end up with a lot worse cases than a few ciggarettes up the behind
