prank where scary zombie type woman appears on screen

Not sure if this is the right place to post but please move if not. I was watching funny clips on www.thatvideosite.co and there was a clip of some one playing what looked like a puzzle game when what looked like the woman from the exorsist popped up. She nearly jumped off her chair.

Just wondering if anyone knows of this prank, what it is called and where it might be found....

There's hundreds of them around the place. I couldn't tell you if they have a name and nor do I have a link to any. I usually get them through email though.

I hate these things $:\$ These links therefore mightn't work because I'm too scared to check them. Also, the picture isn't scary, the noise is scary so turn down your speakers if you are going to view these. And don't view them if you are of a sensitive disposition.

the best one I saw was on Break.com. yopu are given two identical pictures and told there is one small difference, can you find it. just before it happened I thought "this is like one of those pranks... aaaaagh"

Optical sabotage is the first one of these I got caught out with all those years ago.
It'd usually be posted/eMailed as a "Cool optical illusions" and it catches you out.

I emailed the car one to my sister while she was in work, and a couple of friends living in the UK. They all got the arsehole up with me over it, laughed about it after they got over the shock. Same response I had tbh.

I let my ex see it too. Thick as a fcuking sack.
