Cohabiting Law

    Last year seamus brennan said that the cohabiting law was to be removed as a condition for one parent families is this still the case and if so when is this going to happen.

    The law won't be removed per se, but relaxed a little. They are beginning to accept that couples aren't willing to come clean about cohabiting because it doesn't benefit them financially to do so. Have a word with citizens advice, they usually have all the up to date information.
