wtf is going on now??

Tried to play join a server in the u.k. playing op smoke screen and it tells me i'm having network problems so i restart bf2 and try again. now it tells me i dont have the Euro Forces booster pack installed. wtf?? has 1.4 been released already of whats going on?

Happens to me from time to time. I just restart and it usually works fine...
