Best liquid soap for not drying hands out?

Well, which is the best for not stripping hands like methylated spirits? Carex is really harsh, I find. The red one from Lidl isn't as bad but it's still not great. Any recommendations? Or should I just go back to old school soap bars?

There is an E45 hand wash. That's fairly good
