i love it you should post that to total bf2 that will make some fanboys blood boil

i can imagine patch 1.9 release notes : fixed server browser you can now join games
patch 2.0 release notes : surprise its bf2142
patch 2.1 release notes : fixed server browser and memory leak added for sh1ts and giggles

That was a gamespy reviewers view, and it was based on mainly DC being the same as 1942 not a seperate mod

After watching the video I thought, "Hmm, I havn't actually played BF2 in months...I'll give it a go". I had patched to 1.3 a couple weeks ago.

So after about a million years of loading, click join, instant crash.

Vids a lil long, cut it down to half the size and it might have more impact. It drags out a bit imo. But like the message you're trying to get across.

Friendlies in red, that mysterious flag distance marker in the centre of the earth etc.

Yeah, it kinda went on forever, not to mention that song is Cliche City.

OK I don't have BF2 myself and haven't played it much, but I have heard all the moaning about patches. Then again I can't see how it's any worse than a lot of other games. Did any of you actually play BFV 1.0? That was the dodgiest thing that ever dodged - you could SNIPE with an M60, FFS!

And I take it none of you have tried playing any of the GTA games on PC's? They barely made any patches at all for them!
