Age shouldn't matter if everything else is ok, although when I see guys in their thirties trying to hook up with girls this age, no matter how good they look, I think it looks a bit sad.

hmm funny you use the word girl and not woman. Thats what older guys are usually after, young fit girls to have a care free, sex filled, fun relationship they can walk away from at any time with the old " The age gap is just 2 much or I want to settle down" crap

Granted that generally speaking guys tend to be about 2-3 years more immature towards woman of the same age, so you do tend to see alot of 18 y old girls with 20-22 old fellas.

That said look at that Ashton fella from punked and demi moore.

Seems all the girls who responded in this thread are going out with older fellas. Girls do tend to like older guys as the guys are more mature than fellas their age and also it makes them seem more mature by dating an older guy. Also an older guy has *money so can actually do things instead of being unemployed or a student bum

*Note: Im not implying that the women in this thread are only after guys with money, it just makes sense! Who wants to date a loser with no job and does nothing!

Have to say, while I can appreciate the beauty of girls 18 - 20 and see that they're physically hotter than most women my own age (25) I really couldn't go out a girl that young, far too many hang-ups, insecurities etc.

I'm sure there's probably exceptions out there but it'd just feel weird for me to be with a girl the same age as my baby brother(19)!

I couldn't imagine going out with a girl that young, tbh even the majority of girls I see that are in the 21-24 age bracket seem very immature. There are always exceptions to every rule of course, but I just don't see what I would have in common with them.

I think at the most it should be 21-23 for girls aged 18-20...otherwise you've very little in common at all. Again, with the proviso that there are always expceptions to every rule!

I'd say I'm an exception given what I'm doing and how old I'm used to my friends being...still, them being 23 is still young enough.

I've friends who are 19-21 and I've kinda less in common with them. I wouldn't go out with a guy my age, chances are...
though I suppose there are exceptions to that too

I would have to agree with Mr. Jones in that I prefer older women. While I wouldn't rule out a younger women, it's not something I'd actively pursue. I find older women more attractive, interesting and secure in themselves.
