They are going to build a flyer first for traffic which is Northbound on the N11 but which wants to swing into Charlesland/Kilcoole/Eden etc. At the moment if you are coming from the South and want to go into Charlesland you either take the Magical Mystery Tour to Glenview Hotel and turn around and go all the way back up to where the new road is, or you takes your chances in the Garden Village area and try to negotiate a route to Kilcoole and Eden Gate.
