    I get the feeling that this is not quite what it seems.
    Methinks that it is some fcuked up re-interpretation of Lost & with Howard in the role of Michael & his missus playing "The Others".

    I can just see the episode ending in a frenzied climax (pardon the pun) with Howard/Michael screaming...
    "She took my Balls!"
