Ugh! It's a great way to catch them though. They should start something like that over here. I can't imagine RTÉ going for it, but I'd say TG4 might make a good job of it.

I think you could be done for unlawful carnal knowledge of a minor. It's a fairly broad crime, so most paedophiles can be done under that. Otherwise, there's probably something under the Child Trafficking and Pornography Act.
