Learner driving playgrounds in Dublin area?

Hi, Im fed up cleaning the sand out of my car everytime I take my girlfriend to Dollymount strand for driving lessons. :rolleyes: Would you know of any large empty car parks/areas/etc.. in the Dublin area (northside preferably) that might be a suitable alternative?? Thanks in advance..:)

just go to industrial estate at night and let her buzz round the roads there. very little traffic to contend with and she'll get some real road driving experience...
