Forest Garden

    Hi,

I'm a student in the Gorey School Of Art and at the moment I am in the middle of my final project for first year. I was set a task to creat 2 sculpture pieces in Courtown forest. I have been exploring the studies of Earthworms/insects and have decided to create a large Earthworm out of (funny enough) earth/roll of lawn!
My piece of lawn hasn't came yet but I have prepared other things and making preps for other things. I have already prepared a "secret garden" within a shaded area in the woods and put up two signs in the woods. I'v made a walk way into the space and people will be able to see a interesting attractive site of garden plants and other things by May 5th. I'v got my assessment on that date. But people are welcome to see my work in progress next week. The Earthworm will probably be placed on Tuesday or Wednesday. If anybody leaves around thhe Wexford area you should check it out during the weekend next or the week after. I may be back down that week to check if all is going well.

So please If anyone is about the area at the time-c'mon down and check it out-and please comment.

    Thanks all,

    Craig.

Unfortunately I have photos but not on the computer. I normally stick the photos on my memory stick from the scanner in college but i'm now finished and have no scanner at home soo i prob won't have any photos of my piece for a while. My old space got vandalised by knacks during one weekend so i started somewhere else and decided not to go ahead with the garden idea. Photos of the old place are on my devianart space.
