project reality

load of people have been ranting on about project reality and it looks and sounds like teh mutts nutts to me but i cant get it anywhere i have tried everywhere believe me, but all the websites to download it from are pay sites and i have no credit card:( and i tried using the torrent but i can even get the download rate to 1 kb/s its only downloading in bytes:mad:
one site is free but with waiting list and i have waited 2 hours whilst having dinner etc and still nothing!!:eek:

and i have gone thru countless stuff on google for it but still nowhere

so does anyone have a proper link to somewhere i can get it from please

i cant even get it goin at a kilobyte per sec ind its only goin in bytes, i'll leave it on over night and see how it goes;)

have to say isnt torrent downloads crap the download speed is awful

- what client you using?

Only got time to try SP for 10 mins last night, was grand but looks like ammo's gonna be a byatch to manage generally (2 clips of 5 rounds for sniper :eek: - but the rifle is silenced now

plop! plop!). Sounds are great, M16 reminds me of OpFlashpoint.

C'mon then Fairy, any chance of dropping USI and running a PRMM server instead? (since I can run PRMM but not USI

Is it just me or was anyone else not particularly impressed by Project Reality?

I can see what they're trying to do and it's a cool idea, but for me after spending an evening playing I'm going to go back to vanilla. I like the idea of playing on different maps but, I dunno, I like knowing when I've killed someone and using my unlocks and knowing who i've killed etc.

is there special servers you play on or does it just use the mormal server and maps??

atlas ya get a new icon on your desktop and u just go thru that to get on the modded maps ya cant go thru your normal bf2, i dont think u can anyways

Either use the shortcut ot via 'normal' BF2 you just click on the community tab to list all mods installed.

The easiest is to open up through the mod icon and when your searching click the "same mod" filter

ok i pld some shanghai level in single player and was unable to cap flags and you get loads of points for kills??

When i clicked on multiplayer though in this mod it just showed me the normal levels even though i was in project reality
