Goldenplec Gets a Re-design

    hows it going

    just thought id drop in to informed people that

    1) Goldenplec has gotten a redesign - we spend ages mulling over the right systems to use this time and what the look wanted to be and we spent most of january to march in limbo, im happy to say we've settles on a design/ look and the new system. we are using the same forum software are boards/thumped

    2) We would love to have band news main page. if bands want their news on the front page of the site then just follow this link
    SUBMIT NEWS

    3) We would also like to offer a forum service to bands. if you are settling for rubbish like proboards and the likes where you sign up and and your forum is riddled with ads then please consider asking us for a forum.

    we will create a forum in the bands name, set your band members as moderators of that forum and instantly you have a forum for your band where people using goldenplec will probably drop in and post. you can send people there from you own website and you have no burden of hosting and absolutely no popup ads or the likes that you would expect to see on those freebie alternatives

    4) we soon hope to put together music articles and music hosting. its in the pipelines to churn goldenplec into more of a magazine style site than what it currently is. goldenplec doesnt specialise in news on unsigned bands. we just cover music in general related to ireland. be it gigs happening. unsigned bands, festivals. so its broad enough that it might hopefully keep your interest.

    5) would love some comments and feedback on the site. or suggested features going forward
