blueface fax gateway

does anyone know the blueface fax gateway is working properly? i sent some faxes last night, got reciepts saying the were successful but the faxes never arrived at their destinations. i followed the instructions carefully as per this page: http://www.blueface.ie/support/fax.aspx anyone have any experience of using it?

Only ever had one problem where a fax arrived corrupted. No other problems out of the 10 or 15 times that I've used it.

I'd be careful about the resolution of the document if you are sending a scan.
