yeah you heard me!
i was on a bus recently and this beached whale hauls himself up the stairs and collapses on a seat in front of me only to set himself up with a little nintendo handheld and some crazy sherbet sucking thing intended for 7 year olds. He must've been in his mid to late twenties and he stank of unwashed rolls of blubber.

Talk about that guy outta Se7en! I demand a fat tax now! And I demand Mary Harney to be the one to announce it through her tears!

Agree but we can't call it a tax, people hate taxes. Lets call it a levy.

Also the use of the word fat... not to sure if thats PC. Lets go with Excessive BMI (body mass index).

All for the Excessive BMI Levy?

Well, as long as the fat tax applies to married people too, it might stop women "letting themselves go" as soon as the honeymoon is over.

What was bad about it ...

It's true, there should be a fat tax. In alot of cases, it's the persons own fault for getting fat. And just because they are, it doesn't mean they're entitled to getting more seating.

Make them buy two tickets, lets have a weighing scales beside the driver. Over a set weight, you have to buy two tickets. It really makes sense.
