Think this might be the best place to post this.....Im looking for a film that I saw as a kid..it was a british film and all I remember is that this kid had this t-shirt with the picture of a tiger or something on the front that kind of gave him super powers but when the tigers eyes glowed he couldnt move....its doing my nut as I am having no look through google...
