Does anyone know how to make .swf files from other files, say .gif or something?

I have no idea how to do this, I can only add .swf files from the top1000 provided by bebo and the .swf files on www.youtube.com

    Someone help, please.

    Cheers.

i think there was a thread a while back in possibly one of the computer forums(not sure though), something about copy and paste the permalink youtube gives you, delete something and add y or something.
Sorry i'm quite vague but if you search around you should find it.

I think the OP already knows how to use a flash from youtube but wants to actually create his own

Bebo actually lets you upload movies from your computer now into your Bebo FlashBox.

there was, i explained how to do it. you go into the source code and get the video_id part of the swf link. you don't need any conversion software. anything that gets uploaded to youtube.com automatically gets converted to .swf. i don't think a gif will though, only video files

Think they limit movies to a max of 5 minutes.
