    the driver theory test cd has a facility for disabled people. if you put your mouse over the questions a voice calls them out, presumably for the visually impaired. if someone is so visually impaired that they can't read the questions on the page, should they really be taking a driving test?

    its because the country is too 'P.C' and nobody in charge has the balls to say 'negative' things to minorities.

    LOL thats crazy. However i would say it might be provided for those that may not be able to read, however i would have thought that someone should be able to read aswell to drive...
