Firewall on Campus

    Does anyone know how to watch Real player videos on campus?
    I keep getting a message saying a connection could not be made and from reading the Help thing I think its a firewall. I think I turned off my firewall. But it still wouldnt work.

    Anyone know if it's work if I went into theArts block or somewhere?

    Also, I've a mac if that makes any difference.

    College has a firewall, to stop this sort of stuff.

    You prolly need to find out the proxy settings for Realplayer

    its due to the proxy setting you can get around this using proxy circumventors but this is directly against the college rules, so i don't recommend it, if you want more info pm me.
