to do with cisco callmanager express, if your set up includes a dial peer 9T to get out and that works fine, trouble is when you get a call from someone and you want to return a call to the same number, your phone just show the number withour the 9 or the 0 to get out so when you hit dial ona a received call number on your…

to do with cisco callmanager express, if your set up includes a dial peer 9T to get out and that works fine, trouble is when you get a call from someone and you want to return a call to the same number, your phone just show the number withour the 9 or the 0 to get out so when you hit dial ona a received call number on your ip phone it wont work.. as it trys to dial the number without the 9 or 0 or whatever your code for an outside line is
any ideas

On your phone can you not select "editdial" rather than dial - this allows you to edit the number you want to dial
