    Quick question:

For some reason my firefox has just switched my "@" symbol from above the apostrophe to above the 2 and switched the quote system in its place (like a Mac).

Can I change this back easily? Cheers.

In Firefox? I can't see this in the options

The keys aren't switched in Thunderbird, IE, any word processors, or any other program, just in Firefox.

They're changed in the OS, not in the program. To change back, try Ctrl + Shift + 0.
