1.2 patch tomorrow.

Finally it's being released.

Coming very soon to a gameserver near you, the one and only BF2 patch 1.2! Tomorrow is a good day to patch! The patch will be available at 18:00 CET this Tuesday.An incremental and a full patch will be ready for download!

Source is good as they have released most other bf2 information early and it's been spot on.

Also some European Forces information there.

Well in fairness i think thats a good thing, youll have to be more accurate with your attack run, not just unload all the missles onto and area. It gets annoying when one match could be decided by who has the better heli pilot, prefer when its an all out war, infantry, tanks, and air support all working in unison.

The TiG Public Server has been updated since yesterday and has a good few people playong on it

I'd advise anybody who downloaded the patch not to install it..this is possibly the beta version as game version still shows as 1.12etc when installed...other users are now reporting this..hopefully i can still install the proper patch when it's released rather than having to reinstall everything..

Afaik even the offical server updates are still showing v1.12. Could just have been for forgetful DICE employee not updating the game version

Basically if you got a fancy keyboard you can set up a macro, that keeps repeating prone, standing(you can't actually see the player when its done) never seen it done, but apparetently tis very hard to hit the person who's doing this.
