What is Spoonfacing & Prone Spamming?

I've seen the term SPOONFACING a few times in forums and server messages as in "No Dolphin Diving, Stat Padding or Spoonfacing". What does it mean? and what does Prone Spamming Mean? Thanks in advance

It's possible to use a macro (and some fancy gaming keyboards can learn a key sequence) to prone/de-prone over and over again, as fast as possible making it impossible to kill the person doing it even if they're right on front of you.

Never heard of Spoonfacing.

Spoonfacing is'nt that what fitt does?

Never heard of it, dolphin diving is jumping then going prone midair, basically hard to shot and if done right, you'll pull off a headshot alot of the time.
