I am always telling my kids about how wonderful Wanderly Wagon was and described to them the beautiful wagon going through the beautiful Irish countryside. I was so delighted when a friend bought a copy of it while she was at home over Christmas. I sat the kids down all excited - then it started - what happened to the scenery!!! God, was I that gullible! Not a bit of real grass in sight- my husband is still laughing at the lovely Irish countryside??? The dialogue, the voices - I am still in shock. Is Bosco any better I wonder - although I hated him the first time round. Have to admit though the kids still loved it.

I think I liked Bosco the first time. But after growing up with 3 younger siblings I grew to despise his high pitched whiney voice.

I think that when you're a kid your imagination colours in the rest to make it seem better. Which is why I'll not watch WW ever again. I want that golden memory to remain gold.
