I asked this question on the PS2 console forum so I apologise for putting it in th wrong place. Can someone advise me if a PES 5 options file works on the pES 4 game? Thanks

Nope, you should be able to get updated Pes4 option files.

www.evo-web.co.uk you have to register, worth it tbh.
