sata 2 speed help

    hi i have a sata 2 drive installed on my pc .. a samsung spin point 120 .. and was wondering if u cud tell me if its running at its correct speed .. heres a screeny :

    It fits what I believe to be about right for that drive.

    He has 2 of the same drive. Would raid0 actually double that throughput? (seeing as the controller is SATA2).

    Not double, but close. It all depends if he can afford the flakiness (data loss wise) that RAID 0 has inherently.
