Nokia 6030 - why so inexpensive on O2?

    Hi,

I've noticed that O2 are promoting the Nokia 6030 on prepay, which works out at -€21 if you're an existing customer (€69 for phone with €90 credit). Usually most phones are sold with at most the cost of the phone back in credit again.

Any ideas as to why O2 are selling this one so cheaply? What's the catch? ;)

Seems like a terrible phone, very sparse feature wise - Nokia are possibly paying O2 to take them away. 6020 is much better - then onwards to the 6230i which is king.

There's no catch and they are actually not a bad phone if you dont require a lot of features, such as camera, bluetooth etc and they also have a radio built in.

It's a pretty basic phone but if you don't want a camera it's actually quite a nice phone with some lovely features. :D
