Internet Relay Chat , MIRC being a program that allows you to access this .

Basically it's chat rooms , the program allows you to enter a chat room where all the people in there can see what you type to them or you can open a seperate page to talk to someone privately .

Got ya, ok lets get this organised, there is no point in this bein a sticky if we don't committ to something. I will be available to play from 9 til late tonight anyway so I'd be up for it tonight

Oh dear, a complete noob.

Go to "system" and then "IRC", theres some links in there. Its doesn't matter a flying flip what you use as long as you get onto #boards.ie.

I can also play from nine onwards tonight. I'll be on IRC then and before.

Well im talking from what ive seen jonski, ive never seen you play on a server ive seen berns play on many, he by my opinion is the biggest stat whore n00b

Got wireless headphones yesterday. They should be chargered by 9 and BF2 is a good place to test 'em out.

I don't wanna play too much before the new patch comes out.

I was trying to keep an eye on it and get in there but I was also trying to help the lads on our server get a game going . We had on of those nights where it was "need 3 more players for game to start , need 2 , need 1 , need 2 , need 3 , need 2 , need 1 , need 2, need 1 , need 5.......pffffff

Well I tried to get a few lads to come play with us. I could have had up to 5 in total including myself, but because it's INF mod they wouldn't play it

This was really more just for a straight game of BF2, on a small server.

Some friends of mine are looking into getting a 16 man server for arsing about on and maybe matches, if they decide to start their own clan for it. I might be able to get us in there.

Unless anyone knows of another unranked 16 man BF2 server without any modifications that we could play on?
