Hi everybody, This is my first post, Got here via a search for a forum on the Irish language and I decided to regenerate Dialects discussion.
I'm picking up my Irish from where I left it in the Leaving and since I've been taught both Connacht and Munster Irish and now have a quare mix of the two, I now want to concentrate on just one...Does anybody have any advice or info on the main similarities/differences between the two or know how far removed the one is from the other?

Tá sé níos fearr na dhá teanga a thuisceant, Nílim ró-mhaith ag an gaeilge Uladh, agus bhfearr liom é a feabhsú.
Just testing you. Those two arn't too different, My addvice is keep the two.
I had connaught teachers in my gaeltacht primary school, but visited the munster gaeltacht... It helped understanding both in conversations
