DVD on Art?

My dad wants to take up art and has a few beginners' books but is looking for a dvd/pc cd-rom on art techniques.. I'm not big into art so I dunno what's available and where, any suggestions? Thanks

try going into kennedys there's a nice man there who should be able to help you out or else you could try that shop off camden street, they have loads of stuff, can't think at the moment of the name because im half asleep!

Hmm...there's some stuff on Amazon, Landscapes, but I haven't a clue where you'd pick one up in Dublin.
