    Does anybody know of any art classes in Dublin that deal with stencil art?I really want to learn how to do stencil art but dont even know where or how to start going about it.Any help will really be appreciated.Cheers:D

    i don't know if you'll find one specifically for stenciling unless you check the art colleges. i know there's a few ones around for printing etc which is quite similiar onto plates etc? would you be interested in that because NCAD does courses in that i think.

    There's night classes in NCAD alright, but not sure if they do print. What type stencils would you be making like?

    I'll ask in college in the morning n' see if they do a print course.

    Cheers thanks very much!Stuff like the sprayed art you see around town.Do you know Snow Patrols album cover for 'Final Straw'(the one with a girl and fella in snow clothes walking together)?Well I want to do that on the back of my electric guitar.I made a stencil of it and tried it out on my acoustic guitar using silver spray paint.It turned out well,but it could have been better.I just want to know how to get it perfect basically.Also im generally interested in stencil art and would love to know how to do it and what to make the stencils from,etc.

    Stencil Revolution has enough tutorials to get you started. It keeps going up and down for me over the past few days, so if it's down try again later

    Hey again, there's no print night classes in NCAD, mainly painting and the like. Maybe you should find someone into spray art, and ask them to teach you a few tricks? Most people I know are self thought, learnt through experience!

    Search the web for a group called Monsters of Art (MOA), they do some pretty crazy stuff with sprays!

    Cheers,thanks very much,thanks for finding that out Fajitas!Yeah it might be best if I try and get someone who does it to give me a hand,there doesnt seem to be many other ways to learn.
