Here are pics of a tank I made.
the job I set myself was to make the most simple possible tank, with the least amount of parts.

After I made it, I then thought ... Can I power this?
So I added a clockwork motor I had lying in the toolbox.

The parts are all meccano parts.
The tracks are rubber bands on pulley wheels.
You can see that rubber bands work almost as well as articulated track when it comes to going over obstacles.

It's kinda like a doodle drawing except with a model. ;)
