quake 2 - want a game?

I recently installed quake 2 after many a year out of it... based in London and will throw up a server and ip address if anyone is interested in a game.

I never really played it but I have it installed and would be available to make up the numbers - just give me a shout when there are people on the server. I tried playing it a few months ago, but I couldn't find the fullbrights pak (I was assured that they are legal now)

Well folks, I'm just back from hols and will throw up a server tonight (Friday)at 8pm... will post up the ip address sometime before that (7:30pm- 8pm ) for those who are interested.

Best check that IP. That's your local one. Check whatismyip.com for your actual one. And have your ports forwarded to whatever Quake 2's ones are.

hmmm ok.. whatismyip.com says that my ip is 81.151.144.2
I am putting the server up again at 8:20pm once I sort out the ports.
