I know it's not really directly related to IrelandOFFLine, but i'm looking for information on the Telecommunications Regulations in ireland mostly internet related info... something that is easier to read/understand than the stuff on the ODTR/Government sites.. Cheers in advance

I'm afraid I can't think of any sites that explain the regulations. I find myself going back to the ODTR site for information most of the time.
