NTL Broadband Lucan Outage

Anyone else suffering? It's been down for me for nearly 2 weeks. Was told some equipment at the Foxhunter was faulty last week but no change yet. Asked for an ETA and they said they didn't know but to check everyday to see when it returns! Asked about refund for outage period - no prob they say just ring them when it's…

Asked about refund for outage period - no prob they say just ring them when it's back up and tell them hom long I've been offline. great!

Sure makes sh1t of my teleworking and VoIP

Didn't know there was one. Though technically, I'm on the Clondalkin branch of NTL's network, so it probably doesn't affect me.
