    Hi im looking to overclock my pentium 4 1.3 gig CPU. I would appreciate some info on how to do this....

    Intel Garibaldi D850GB => Not possible.
    Bios is locked you can thank intel for that. check it you won't find a option to add extra volts - up the fsb

    The Ram is not much better either.

    To keep it plain and simple afraid you won't be able to do anything with it.
