Looking to get it as much cheaper then PS2 vers.
With money saved can get an adaptor to us my PS2 pad on PC :)

What's the minimum spec. to get it running nice though?
    Have a laptop with 1.73Ghz Pentium M, 1Gig RAM and a 64 MB ATI X300.
Should I just get the PS2 edition or is it worse getting the PC one?

try the demo first before you commit to buying the PC version.
PC is also much better due to huge updates and editing.

Assume thats an Inspiron laptop, it works on the 128mb X300 in 800x600 and is super fast with settings on low. I reckon thats what you be aiming for still better looking than a PS2.

But you must get a Ps2 pad converter and plug it into the USB 2.0 slot for lagfree gaming.

    Thanks.
    Sure that'll do.
Least I probably won't have to suffer the slowdown problems I've heard about on PS2.

Can anyone recommend a good/cheap pad converter?

Game have a single pad one for €15 and play.com have a double for the same price.

I been playing it on a laptop simaliar to yours (128mb x300) and it runs lovely, no crowd until the replay is a nice move by konami.

Been playing the demo and it runs well :)
800x600 with medium detail runs smooth.
Gonna order it soon as I get home tomorrow!
