Having a decent meal for a change, just avoid the ass area. That would make you a bit of a weirdo.

Or of course seeing how long you can keep them on the brink of death before they finally succumb. My personal best is 8 days and about 6 hrs. Not too sure coz of the red mist that descends sometimes.
