[Request] Avoca Cafe brown bread recipe

Does anybody have a good recipe for home made brown bread? I really love the bread you can buy in Avoca (especially the multi seed loaf) so if anybody has a recipe for something similar I'd really appreciate it :)

You can buy the Avoca cookbook in most bookshops. It has loads of nice stuff in it. If you just want the bread recipe I can scan it for you.

I reccommend their cookbook. I also reccommend making the banana bread in the cookbook. Excellent stuff.
