    Hey i have already sent an email with tracerts etc. on EsatBTs dire pings after 7pm every night. This has been going on nearly 3 weeks now with still no resolve. Any other users of BT experience high pings after 7pm? Im on the Dennehys Cross exchange in Cork and am close to calling it a day with this crowd. Heres a tastier of what i have:

    ps This company has dissconnected me every 24hrs which was 10pm now for some unknow reason they have changed it to 7:30pm Hopeless

    i get 17 - 30 ping on CSS servers on the Redbus exchange in London on BT its probably just an exchange
