    If i have a 2048down and 128up.. (when it's connected..)

    When someone is downloading from me at i presume a max of about 14kbp/s... will that affect my download speed?

    Please don't direct me to another post!

    yep.
    you'd be best to set your upload speed to around 80-90% of it's maximum.

    So if i'm downloading at 200kbp/s and someone starts downloaing from me...

    will that only cut my download speed dow to 185kbp/s or does it have a bigger impact? and like half it or something?

    Unlimited upload limit... at 14kbp/s... you would have to be downling 24/7/4 to even get a couple of gigs uploaded....
