    It's good, but just a few little things I'd like to comment on, to help you improve it.

    I'd let the font with the writing "looking for...." Stay up for about 5 seconds. And maybe have it a bit smallr in font? And centered slightly. Just makes it a little easier to read.

    The shadow/shading around the text box doesn't look right-but that's just being really really picky!

    As above, the text "looking for.." should be left visible for a little longer. I dunno if the text needs to centred -might work better.

    It looks good! (And it has so far gone under the radar - despite being a banner for a website,advertising naughty shtuff. ;) )
