Who uses X-Lite?

Just wondering who uses this program as i just downloaded now and not really sure how to use it. i set up a trial account on blueface and i think i have to have X-Lite but not sure. What is the story? Does anyone use it?

i set up an account too,using X-Lite for the moment, or at least trying to but having firewall problems, called blue face twice and got an answering machine both times, wondering if I'm using the same provider as everyone else, 'cause nobody else had problems with them support wise. i also mailed them and am still awaiting a reply.
