Hi I have moved house, and my phone-number is not working for the test in Smart they are saying I am in a different exchange of Waterford - Knockboy, despite living quiet near the city. Also when I tried it with Digiwebs dsl test it passed, yet I could not check with utv or eircom as I do not have an eircom account no. as…

Hi I have moved house, and my phone-number is not working for the test in Smart they are saying I am in a different exchange of Waterford - Knockboy, despite living quiet near the city.

I tried Ntl but the woman on the phone today said she did'nt know when it would be available, maybee next mont or even years away, I am lost I need broadband but don't know how to get it!
