    just letting poeple know that the chorus bb service is very good. i was searching for weeks in cork for a bb provider but i wasnt in LOS for loads of the wireless ones. with chorus u dont need a phone line nor any other of their services. free connection and 2 free months. 20gb cap.

    one question thou, how do u know you have gone over ur 20gb limit and do they charge? can any1 get onto their website? www.cablenet.ie

    Check out the Usage Policy on www.chorus.ie. It states under section 5 that

    The current download limit is set at 20GB per month which may change from time to time at the discretion of Chorus. Chorus reserve the right to charge for excessive downloads. There is a charge of 3 cent per megabyte or part thereof exceeding 20GB.

    The www.cablenet.ie website doesn't seem to be running!

    Can't see anywhere on www.chorus.ie about checking your download usage.

    Maybe phone their customer/tech support
