What is the best broadband package that would give the best value for a low-committal contract? For the Dublin area.

BT Ireland. 6 months min contract, 4 month initial promo from €15pm. See their web site for all the details.

Sorry I meant to say that she (my girlfriend) also wants to change telephone service provider so Im trying to figure out what the best package would be to include both broadband and telephone service. Is there a package that provides both for good value?

BT Ireland. The main thing is that the line rental is bundled in the price. There are like three providers worth considering for ADSL: BT Ireland, Digiweb, and UTV. Just go to their web sites and see the different packages and go from there.
