Magnet challenges Digiweb to a duel !

    Not to be outdone by all the hoopla generated by Digiweb, Magnet (includes Leap) announced that they would be spending €65 million over the next three years. Handbags are fully deployed at 50 paces from today .

    The detail will follow "later this month" so there will be a second press release later this month is what that means

    Magnet , who currently operate in Dublin and Porllaoise on Fibre and have 3.5Ghz wireless in the main cities ...generally.... "plans to significantly expand its customer base from its present location in the Greater Dublin and Leinster Areas" as distinct from shrinking same said customer base .

    No further detail at this time :):) although I suspect some LLU exchanges may be part of the announcement , but nyAAaahhhhhhhH booo Digiweb all the same .
