Been trying to get in touch with BT for nearly a week now by phone about a cock-up they made on my bill.

Are there any other ways i can get in touch? Email?

Their queue buster service seems to have dissapeared and waiting 30 mins to speak to someone is a joke.

    Cheers
    Flop

I never had any joy emailing them/ faxing them, or waiting on the phone.
I did find a very handy live chat with cust supp on their site a few months ago though.
Only waited 30 seconds and got a direct/ straight answer,
dont know if they still offer this service.

They only provide support for their website: (typical)

Please wait while we find an agent to assist you...
