Netopia cayman Modem Question

Anyone tell me if the Netopia Cayman ADSL 3341 modem I received when setting up my original Eircom account, will work with other ISP’s. or will I have to go and purchase a different modem if I chance providers? It says on the original box "designed specifically for eircom Broadband" Tks

It should, all except Smart who are using ADSL2+, but alot of routers these days have firmware upgrades supporting ADSL2+

it should work on other ISPs, but if you got it for free from eircom they still own it so youll have to return it if youre ending the contract.
